Arsenal  Confirmed to extend a new contract with Granit Xhaka. Stan and Josh Kroenke, owners of Arsenal Football Club Confirmed that the team has managed to extend a new contract with Granit Xhaka, midfielder of the team has been completed.

         The Swiss midfielder has a contract with the team until 2023 and has been heavily linked with a move away from the team, with the Italian club Roma wanting to join the team. “It has been confirmed that a new contract with Xhaka has been agreed until 2025.

         “We know there is still a lot of work ahead to get back where we want to be. But there is confidence about what can be achieved by this great club and our people,” Kroeke wrote.

         “We are building a team of talented young stars. Most of them are developed through our excellent academy. Looking across Europe it is clear that we are facing a difficult market due to the impact of the pandemic. But at the time of writing we are delighted to have signed Nuno Tavares, Albert Zambi Loconga and Ben White.”

         “We have also renewed long-term contracts with Kieran Tierney and Emile Smith Rowe, both young players that we believe can continue to improve and have bright futures with us.”
